The Wedding of
Josh and Emily

A Worfield Village Hall Wedding for Josh and Emily

A Worfield Village Hall Wedding reception for Josh and Emily, completed a day that had everything.  Excitement, tears, happiness and laughter, romance, and plenty of dancing!  We even had some Baggie songs!  (Sorry to all the Wolves fans out there!)

The morning began with Emily handing out thank-you gifts to her bridesmaids.  Excitement was evident, and they were thrilled for her.  When Emily’s parents arrived, the preparations kicked into gear.  There were a few nervous tears as she went through her final touches to her dress, makeup, and hair, but looked amazing.  Eventually, that radiant smile appeared, and she was ready!

From the Ceremony to Walsall Arboretum

Josh was waiting in anticipation at the hall for Emily’s entrance.  When they both came together, you could say how happy they were, laughing through the wedding talk, while holding hands.  The hall was full of friends and family, who were really pleased to witness their vows.

After the ceremony, photographs were taken at the Walsall Arboretum.  Such a great choice, with a huge variety for shooting portraits.  Josh and Emily did well in scheduling sufficient time for this part of the day.  As it was, we were a little delayed but still had time to capture a great selection of images.  They also had a little time out from the busy excitement of the vow ceremony.

 Worfield Village Hall Wedding Reception

Worfield Village Hall for the wedding breakfast was well-lit and full of that rustic, folksy charm.  By the time we arrived, guests were seated and ready to eat.  On hand were the  Patty Freaks supplying the street food-themed meal.  It was a nice touch, and everyone loved their choice of burger and fries.

Later I managed to get Josh, Emily, and the groomsmen into a field adjacent to the hall and we shot some brilliant images there with some off-camera flash and a setting sun.   Then, the party began, singing and dancing and I don’t think I have been in a room with as many Baggie fans as this one!

Enjoy the happy memories in the video below!
