Tom and Ewa had a Swallows Nest Barn wedding in the summer of this year. Coming out of months of lockdown this was the ideal venue. A rustic barn with exposed beams and good ventilation held the civil ceremony and wedding breakfast. Adjacent to this, there is an attractive, south-facing walled courtyard, with mature olive trees scattered about, which gave the guests a great backdrop to talk and interact.
The Studio Portrait for Lufuidy began with a little confession that she was expecting not to like any of the photographs we would produce! Although I love a challenge, that was a sobering thought!
My modern portraits series began with “The Don” earlier in the year. This was the first shoot in my newly opened studio and it was Don’s first time in a photoshoot.
A spring wedding in April for Robert and Jackie came together wonderfully despite it being a month of showers and gales.
My day began capturing the groom’s arrival at the Kingdom Hall along with his greeting guests and family. Whatever warmth was lacking as regards the climate there was none missing among the happy smiles and meaningful hugs!
I really enjoy pre-wedding shoots! Here are the images for Liam and Estrianna at their reception venue, the wonderful Alrewas Hayes. We had a great time meeting up and walking the location in preparation for their wedding day in the summer. This modern, romantic venue in the country will contribute well to a memorable experience for them both. Afterall there is so much to like here.
