Other cookies may be stored to your computer’s hard drive by external vendors when this website uses referral programs, sponsored links or adverts. Such cookies are used for conversion and referral tracking and typically expire after 30-60 days, though some may take longer. No personal information is stored, saved or collected.  Most browsers allow you to reject all cookies, whilst some browsers allow you to reject just third-party cookies. I collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

The email address you provide for enquiry or order processing, will only be used to respond to your enquiries/questions and send information or updates about your order. If you decide to opt-in to my mailing list, you may receive emails that include some company news, updates, newsletters, blog posts or related product/service information. If at any time you decide to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, I include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or you may contact me directly.

(b). To improve my site

I continually strive to improve my website offerings and the browser experience, based on the information and feedback I receive from you.

(c). To improve my customer service

Your information helps me to effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs. It is also necessary to use your personal information for providing photographic services, send statements and invoices to you, collect payments from you and send you goods purchased from me. This is also used for complaint handling and resolution.

(d). To administer content, promotion, a survey or other site features

I send users email information they have agreed to receive about topics I think will be of interest to them relating to my business.

4. Newsletter-Tracking

The newsletter of the Raphael Lionel Photography contains so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic embedded in such e-mails, which are sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and analysis. This allows a statistical analysis of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, Raphael Lionel Photography may see if, and when an e-mail was opened by yourself and which links in the e-mail were called up.

I may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personally identifiable information regarding visitors and users with my business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

6. International data transfers

Information that I collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which I or my business may operate. This may include the United States of America which do not have data protection laws equivalent to those in force in the European Economic Area.

In addition, personal information that you submit for publication on the blog (e.g. comments) will be published on the internet and may be available, via the internet, around the world. I adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices, as well as security measures, to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on my website and in the office. Sensitive and private data exchange between the website and its users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected.

Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure and I cannot guarantee the absolute security of data sent over the internet.
