Natural light portrait session Birmingham – Shooting natural light portraits is a definite favourite of mine. With a few simple props and backgrounds, it’s amazing how many different variations of looks are possible.

Portrait Shoot | Birmingham with Foot Kindness business owner, Michelle Diedrick. Michelle runs a mobile friendly, foot health business and took some time-out to shoot some images and video for her promotion. Covering some important aspects to her role as a foot health practitioner, we then shot a ‘this is ME’ Portrait session as shown.
In December I shot the Hall’s ‘this is FAMILY’ lifestyle session in Sutton Park. It was great fun. Wall art for their landing at home was what they wanted, and we had more than a few candidates by the end of the shoot.
We feared the weather was going to be miserable, but it actually, was quite mild. We entered the park through the south entrance, Banners Gate and straight away loved the scenic elements.
My first dabble in newborn photography was for this little one, Caleb.
We did the shoot in the family home two weeks after Caleb was born. It was an eventful afternoon to say the least – a nappy change, feeding session, clothing changes and the customary setup/ take down of lights, backdrop and props.
